Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using Canvas Pilot. By purchasing a license key or using the Canvas Pilot software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Canvas Pilot is a browser-based AI assistant that helps users interact with Canvas LMS and related educational platforms. The software uses artificial intelligence to assist with reading, drafting, and submitting responses to assignments, quizzes, and discussions.
Canvas Pilot is provided as a productivity and study tool. We make no guarantee that answers generated will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific coursework.
When you purchase a Canvas Pilot license key, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal, individual use during the license period.
You agree that you will not:
You acknowledge that using AI assistance for academic work may violate your school's academic integrity policy. Canvas Pilot is a tool, and you are solely responsible for how you choose to use it.
Canvas Pilot, its creators, and its operators accept no liability for any academic consequences, disciplinary action, grade changes, expulsion, or other outcomes arising from your use of the software. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your use.
Canvas Pilot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will work correctly on your specific school's Canvas installation, browser, or device. AI-generated answers may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You use the software at your own risk.
All sales are final. Because license keys are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue preventing the software from functioning, contact us on Discord and we will work to resolve it.
In cases where a key is proven to be defective or was never delivered, a replacement key may be issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Canvas Pilot at any time without notice. We may update the software, change features, or adjust pricing for future purchases. Your existing license period will be honored through its expiration date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvas Pilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to academic penalties, lost grades, or any other harm.
